Jorge lives at the top of the Mountains taking care of the coffee plantation he inherited from his father. All his friends have moved away to the city and he anxiously awaits the village festivities with the hope of reuniting with his ex-girlfriend, Andrea, who he has not been able to forget. In the midst of the celebrations, Jorge understands that everything that brought them together has disappeared and that remaining   in his land is an act of love and resistance.

Juan Sebastián Mesa
Audiovisual Communicator of the University of Antioquia, graduate in script and contemporary narrative. His first feature LOS NADIE (2017) won the audience award at the Settimana Internazionale della Critica, Venice. His short film Tierra Mojada, has been part of the competition in Venice, Sundance and Clermont Ferrand. His second film feature La Roya is part of San Sebastián Film Festival´s  New Directors competition 2021
